A refundable security deposit 1.000€, is required to ensure the protection of the property and its contents. It will be fully returned after departure, provided no issues have occurred during the stay.

Terms and Conditions for Booking a Rental Property

1. Reservation and Deposit

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation.

• Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

• This prepaid deposit will be deducted from your final bill, payable upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 3 months before the arrival date: 25% of the reservation deposit will be retained for management fees.

• Less than 3 months before the arrival date: 50% of the reservation deposit will be retained for management fees.

• Less than 1 month before the arrival date: 75% of the reservation deposit will be retained.

• Less than 1 week before the arrival date: 100% of the reservation deposit will be retained.
